Our coworking spaces are open 24/7 for dedicated desk and private office members. Hot desk and day pass users have access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. Meeting rooms can be booked during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM) or 24/7 depending on your membership plan. Check with your specific location for any variations.

We have multiple locations across major business districts in the city. Our flagship location is at 123 Business District, Downtown, just 15 minutes from the International Airport and 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station. Becoming a member is easy! First, book a free tour to visit our space and meet our community team. Choose the membership plan that fits your needs (Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, or Private Office). Complete the online application form and submit the required documents (ID proof, business details if applicable). Once approved, pay your membership fee and you're ready to start working with us!

Memberships & Packages

We offer several flexible membership options: Hot Desk (flexible seating, hourly/daily/monthly), Dedicated Desk (your own fixed desk with storage), Private Office (lockable office for teams of 1-6 people), Virtual Office (business address and mail handling), and Meeting Room packages. Each plan includes different levels of access, amenities, and meeting room credits tailored to your needs.

Yes! We understand that business needs change. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time with 30 days' notice. Simply contact our community team to discuss your new requirements. If upgrading, you'll pay the difference prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, ensuring maximum flexibility for your business.

All memberships include high-speed WiFi, unlimited coffee/tea, printing credits, access to common areas, and community events. Dedicated Desk adds 24/7 access, personal storage, and 10 hours of meeting room time monthly. Private Office includes all of the above plus unlimited meeting rooms, custom branding options, dedicated phone line, and priority support. Virtual Office members receive a business address, mail handling, and limited workspace access.

Payments & Credits

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, UPI payments, net banking, and digital wallets. Monthly memberships are auto-billed on the same date each month. For corporate clients, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 payment terms.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new monthly memberships. If you're not satisfied within the first week, we'll refund your membership fee (excluding security deposit). For cancellations after 7 days, we require 30 days' notice and membership fees are non-refundable. However, unused meeting room credits can be transferred or used until your last day. Day passes and hourly bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Credits are included in your membership for meeting rooms, printing, and other services. For example, Dedicated Desk members receive 10 hours of meeting room credits monthly. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. You can purchase additional credits anytime at discounted member rates. Track your credit usage through our member portal or mobile app in real-time.

Our spaces include: high-speed 1Gbps WiFi, ergonomic furniture, fully-equipped meeting rooms with AV equipment, private phone booths, printing/scanning facilities, complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, water), snacks bar, secure lockers, 24/7 CCTV security, air conditioning, power backup, and modern restrooms. Premium locations also feature game rooms, nap pods, and wellness areas.

Yes! We have over 500 covered parking spaces available with valet service at the entrance. Members receive discounted parking rates - typically 50% off standard rates. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are also available. Day pass users can access visitor parking. We recommend booking parking in advance during peak hours through our member app for guaranteed availability.

We accept all your business correspondence, notify you via email/SMS when mail arrives, and you can either pick it up, have it scanned and emailed, or forwarded to your address. Our day pass gives you full access to our coworking space for the entire day (9 AM - 6 PM) for just $35. Simply book online or walk in, check in at reception, and choose any available hot desk. Yes, we highly recommend booking your day pass in advance through our website or mobile app to guarantee availability, especially during peak business hours. You can book up to 30 days in advance. Same-day bookings are also welcome subject to availability. Walk-ins are accepted, but advance booking ensures you have a confirmed spot waiting for you.

Meeting Rooms

Booking a meeting room is easy! Members can book through our mobile app or member portal - just select your preferred date, time, room size, and confirm. You'll receive instant confirmation with room details. Non-members can book via our website or by calling our team. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, though same-day bookings are often possible.

All our meeting rooms are fully equipped with: large LED displays or projectors, high-quality video conferencing systems (Zoom/Teams compatible), wireless presentation capability, whiteboards/flip charts, conference phones, high-speed WiFi, comfortable seating, climate control, and natural lighting. Additional equipment like laptop stands, adapters, and stationery are available on request.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule meeting room bookings. For free cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge. Members can reschedule bookings free of charge up to 6 hours before the meeting time. Make changes easily through the app or by contacting our team.

POSH-IC stands for Prevention of Sexual Harassment - Internal Committee. It's a dedicated committee established in compliance with legal requirements to ensure a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace for all members and staff. At Work Table, we are committed to maintaining a professional environment where everyone feels secure, valued, and protected from any form of harassment or discrimination.

You can report any harassment or safety concerns by emailing posh@worktable.com or submitting a confidential complaint through the form available at reception. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality and investigated promptly by our POSH-IC committee. You can also speak directly with any committee member or contact our HR team. We take all concerns seriously and ensure a safe resolution process with zero tolerance for retaliation.
